Ministry purpose: To integrate fitness, health education, and social wellness to educate, empower and equip Seniors 65 and over to age with dignity.  A program that creates a continuum of care and addresses gaps so that seniors can have easier access to information and services; maintains independence and mental and physical health; and alleviates social isolation.

What we do: All services are free to Seniors (65 and over). Transportation, breakfast, and lunch are provided.  Each day educational and social engagement classes are held along with fitness and exposure to other service activities.
