Ministry purpose: To connect returning citizens to housing, counseling, support group, pre- and post-release mentoring programs. We get clients in touch with medical case management and linkage to care programs, employment services, and soft-skills training.  We also provide information for other support services, transitional skills classes, and substance abuse groups.

Hours: Monday—Friday / 9:00 am—5:00 pm
